The set up of the women's bracket is a lot fairer than the way the MWC sets up the men's. Still, it isn't very fair to make the semifinals two days later than the quarterfinals. It gives the lower-seeded teams a chance to rest up for the semis and doesn't really "protect" the teams that earned a higher seed.
