I understand the proposal was poorly drafted and its introduction did not follow proper procedures. Hopefully they will introduce it again and do it better next time. I spoke with my legislator, who personally supports the idea, but did not think it was properly put together.
glad there are districts that will stand for right. Too bad so many other kid's experiences had to be diminished in the process
