Truly, that kind of law should cover all drivers, no matter the age.
Almost every "near accident" I've ever seen seems to have a chatting driver.
Pull over if you "have" to talk.
Or...let them leave a message and check it when you reach your destination.

So when is the legislature going to make drunk driving legal?
Why just teens? Some joker in his 30s almost killed me yesterday swerving into the wrong lane while talking on his phone. How bout banning women from curling their eyelashes and changing diapers while driving? Maybe I'll just get a bike.
I aggree with all comments previosly made. teens talking on cell phones while driving is dangrous, but I must ask . Why only teens manny adults do it also, I may be only 13, but if even I can see what needs to be done so should the Utah Legisiature.
