The "so-called" global warming this article refers to is not "so-called"; it is proven to exist. It's a real thing.
However, I agree that individual-level lawsuits regarding global warming are not a good idea. It is very difficult to prove that global warming itself caused one specific problem in one specific situation.
Bravo to the Legislators for helping slow down this assault on the American way of life based on junk science.
Global warming has been proven to be a hoax, admitted to by the very climatologists who created the scam.
In 1975, the original perpetrators conveniently decided to throw out raw data that was supposed to prove that the earth had been warming for the past 150 years. Guess what? The data couldn't support their hypothesis, so they chucked it! Recent articles showed they admitted it!
Do your homework! Believe what you want but I prefer to believe the facts!
