Crazy that common sense when it comes to weight loss and nutrition works. I set a goal 7 months ago to get from 205 to 175 to 180, did an exercise program trough my gym for two months to make sure my exercise program was right, changed eating habits by cutting snacking and focusing on better foods and slightly smaller portions, and make exercise a non negotiable practice 5-6 days a week (3 running, 2-3 weight lifting). I eclipsed my goal and weigh about 170 pounds, have kept up everything, and love it all. I watch people do all these interesting things, but really the most successful strategies are the same: eat the right foods, use more calories than you consume, and find a fun exercise.
