Decades of frustration ends in one fantastic night, good for you. All of region 20 should be proud.....the trophy stays south again + a 2nd and a 5th place finish for two other teams. Not too shabby!

There has been a crime committed here in not nominating Jaylin Christensen. He has carried this team all year and deserves this more than anybody else named. Somebody ought to be ashamed about this. No one is more deserving of this than Jaylin. Crime, crime crime.

the feeling of this experience is indescribable!Thanks for the youth all of them, for the team and cheerleaders! for this great community, the fans especially ALL those who came to the game. thanks coach jessen and syrett for investing to the future of our kids. Congratulations Coach Jessen and the Bryce Valley Mustangs! I told you, Coach Jessen, that after your team gutted out a win in Region against Milford that I really liked your position at State. I can only imagine how much all of Bryce Valley is loving that position right now perched from the top as State Champions!. Wow! Great job!
What impressed me the most is that every young man who entered that game contributed in a big way, and every player on the bench who didn't enter was there in a supporting role. It was truly a team effort. That banner will bring pride to your school and communities for many years.

I also want to let all of the my Piute boys know how much I love them and how proud of them I am. It has been a memorable season, guys, and though you didn't win the last game, you are Region Champs, and you are great young men! So keep your heads up, and know that all of us are applauding your accomplishments this season, and so appreciate our relationships with you!
