Cement does not do well in freezing weather, Why are we doing this project in the dead of winter?
A good example why the project will fall a part when un balanced Truck wheels pound the payment.
Utah has a long way to go to make up for 100 years of idiosity.

Since Sill's relocation onto Gentile, I've been to Sill's twice and it appears business is even more busy than before.

Oh Larry

Concrete is placed all the time in the winter and it works fine. They use hot water in the mix. Then they cover the concrete with blankets and use heaters if necessary to maintain proper temperatures. Samples are taken to make sure the required strength is obtained.

Have another cup of postum, open the blinds and enjoy the sunny side of life!

I do not think there is enough public debate on the methods used to aquire private property for public use. Some Laws do not protect, and are sadly outdated. Information is power, become informed before they want to put a road through your property.
