Inmates with their feet bound and hopping into the Court.
It is time the Legislature looks at Cute acting Judges that hurt innocent People.

The Utah Legislature has again "PULLED A FAST ONE" It is hard to keep up with their tricks. What this state needs is a strong two party system. I say this having been a Republican all my life.
