Finally got some news about Utah State.
This is an unforunate happening, however, we cannot have football players who are not completely on board with what Andersen and his staff and trying to do. Kane should be able to remain in school, if he so desires, but, he should be removed from the football team. We can't build a great program with players who are not completely invested in Aggie football.
Moral of the Story: Don't take the first puff
an oz of weed is a lot! The kid is lucky they didn't get him for dealing!
Free school, chance to play foot ball for a great team... and he blows it?! Let the next one in line have the spot, he doesnt deserve any of it anymore.
Wow guys, talk about overboard. He made a mistake. How about giving the kid a second chance. Reprimand him for sure. Bench him for a game or two, or however many seems fair, but throw him off the team? Harsh.
These student athlete's need to learn that they are young men representing their university. You hear it all over the country on a player getting into trouble. They should know, as a player, that they are living in a fish bowl so whatever move they make they are being watched. Time and time again these young men can't stay out of trouble. I believe in second chances so just wait and see and let the law run it's course.
How many chances do you want to give him? This is his second time getting caught with the same things. Not even 6 months ago it happened. He doesn't deserve to be on an up and coming program. Aggies have no choice but to kick him off the team. Good thing we got a stud in Hart to back up Burrell.
Meant to put "Borel" sorry.
This sort of thing is what gives nightmares to coaches, surely distracts from what the rest of the team is trying to accomplish.
Looks like USU fans that live in glass houses should not throw rocks. Stop shredding the BYU player that made a mistake last weekend by getting upset when you have your own athlete challenges in "happy valley"...
and yes I did go to college at USU so I'm not a Cougar "homer".
I'm so glad you aren't my dad. Doing pot is very serious and serious punishment should be given. Schools have rules for a reason. Doing pot is not tolerated. He should be kicked out for good.
