Yessss!

Way to go Bountiful. No more yapping about how great Oly is or was.

End Zone

Let's start celebrating AFTER we reach the end zone, not at the 10 yard line. Let's talk after the tourney, ok?

Bountiful's celebration comes with a big asterix on it as Oly continues to play with their third string point guard. Harris just had surgery for an acl tear and Bourne is playing limited minutes on a broken ankle. Salazar couldn't penetrate at all when Bourne was guarding him. Good luck to both teams in the state tournament.

That is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard! How can you say, " it comes with a big asterix" olympus has all seniors and a junior point guard who is playing pretty well, while bountiful is all juniors. I guess you just looking for a lame excuse why olympus lost to a bunch of juniors. Congratulaions to Bountiful they deserved it!

remember this

If i recall....Olympus beat West twice last year by double digits in region play.....they blew them out in both games....West went on and ended up beating Olympus in the Seminfinals of the state championships. There is no way if these teams meet again in playoffs that Bountiful wins. It's too hard to beat a team three times in a row. Olympus will win if they play Bountiful in playoffs

There is no asterik needed as no one cares that Oly was missing players anymore than anyone cares Bountiful has no seniors. Tough break for Oly, and the injured kids, but try to give a little credit to yoour opponents once in awhile.

Official Olympus Student Section

Congratulations Bountiful, you just guaranteed an Olympus State Championship. Now that Oly has had the spark lit up underneath their hind ends, they will storm to the Title Game. I doubt that you will be there to play them, but rest assured that if you somehow defy all odds and keep up this ridiculous string of luck, it will end on the first saturday in March.

Secondly, how impressive is Olympus' student section? Players on the court have admitted they couldn't hear the buzzer from the scoreboard at times.

wes

oly has never won a state title and this will not be their year either.

Olympus is a great team, but rest assured that Bountiful gets better with every game. If Oly wanted a fire lit under their behinds as the student section suggests, then would'nt you think that the first loss against Bountiful would have given them a wake up call?

It was agreat game and a lot like the first with both teams fighting all the way. It would be awesome if they met again in the final for another barn burner and for my money, I would go with the Braves since they have had the best outcome twice now.

PS Bountiful lost it's starting center to foul trouble early on without the regular back-up as he too is out with injuries. Good luck to both teams
