What a sad event to happen in our society.

People are in need of turning back God, or this degradation of society will continue. It's horrible for all involved. I feel so sorry for the families of both, especially the poor child.

I'm a Utah native. In just the past year, our state has had a plethora of stories of middle aged women raping and having varied sexual relationships with young boys...including several teachers! I don't know what is going on here, but it turns my stomach. I suggest DesNews investigate, and let readers know if the statistics for these kinds of arrests are abnormally higher in Utah, or if this is a depravity that is sweeping our nation. And it begs the question: WHY??

I have known her for many years and do not believe for a minute she did this. She is a loving wonderful mother who has always supported her kids. The truth will prevail.

It's not just men is it? A lot of women are surfacing as preditors..it's a crying shame! Poor kids!

Im sure the kid is just devastated by this "relationship" as evidenced by the fact that it allegedly went on for four years before it came to light. The adults are definitely culpable, but the teen boys in these situations share a lot of blame, too.

I have personaly know her for years. She will never do that. She is a very wonderful woman.

Never say Never! Its those seemingly wonderful women who tend to take advantage of boys who are lost or in need of attention or simply need a friend. Whose to say what really happened or took place. But for people to say she would never do such a thing before they know for sure is not right. Boys should not share the blame with an adult who is older and coerces them to have sex with them. Especially a 12yr old, he is still a child and for an adult to take advantage of such a young child is the definition of a sexaul predator. Very sad for both families for sure!
