Now if only we can get the south end of the Jordan Parkway Trail connected, we will be good to go. Some of the gaps in the West Jordan/Sandy and South Jordan/Riverton area have been there for 5 years or more. It's time to close the gaps.
More trails are great. However, Layton has a big problem in that rail trail crossing busy Gordon Avenue and Gentile Street.
There is also a lot of graffiti that has been sprayed on the extreme south end of the Clearfield section of the trail.
This will be great to have finished. What would make it even better is if porta potties or some kind of bathroom facilities could be installed at least every 4 to 5 miles. This would make this a lot more useable for everyone without having to find a tree and possibly littering.
