Maxfield needs to obey the law

Steven Maxfield has his own legal problems. He has convictions for driving an unregistered vehicle without insurance.

And your Point is ?

If that is the best you have got.

No, I got better

In 2008 Maxfield ran for State Senator in District 10 in violation of the State Constitution, which says you have to be a resident of the your district for 6 months before the filing period for the office you are seeking.

He voted in Kanosh (Senate District 28) in November 2007.

But filed to run as a Constitution Party candidate in Senate District 10 in March of 2008, less than 6 months later. Now he lives in Kanosh again. If he ever moved.

Kind of odd for a Constitution Party guy to trample Utah's underfoot.

Unconstitutional Party

Haha, He ran as a Constitution Party candidate unconstitutionally.

That's too funny!

Wait, there's more

Maxfield didn't even file any campaign financial disclosure reports for 2009 yet his last campaign disclosure form wasn't marked final.

Shurtleff a crook???

Wait! Mark Shurtleff, a crook?? Next you'll try to tell me that if I fell in a pool I would get wet, or if someone kicked me in the shins it would hurt.

Some things are just self-evident.

Self-Evident

Let's remember, none of these allegations have EVER been found to have ANY solid evidence at base. Lots of allegations does not equal lots of wrongdoings.

That's like seeing somebody get pushed in a pool over and over again and assuming they love to swim.

It should be self-evident we need to start looking at who's doing the pushing.
