I'm Pro-choice. Until you actually face this decision, do not make it for others.

Anonymous

Great, this will only encourage road rage!

Clever marketing trick

Most people in the country are "pro-life." Many are "pro-choice" because they have been deceived into thinking that an abortion is simply a woman exercising her rights (except in cases of incest, rape or where the mother's life is in danger). What about the baby's right to life? If the deceitful, pro-abortion liberals changed the name of their cause from "pro-choice" to "pro-abortion," public support for their cause would fall faster than Obama's poll numbers.

I will never murder a child. I have the choice to get pregnant... after that the choice is given away. Once your pregnant.. its a CHILD not a choice.

Re:Anonymous

I'm pro life and I don't have to "face" killing another human being to know that it's wrong. No choice needs to be made.

Ever Notice

how anyone who supports abortion has already been born?

Re:Anonymous

No choice needs to be made.

No. You work to take away the choice of others, do not lie to yourself.

Mike

To the other anonymous. There are lots of things that are illegal in our society and many things that are not. Citizens don't take away others right to "choose" when they establish consequences (laws) for making specific choices. The issue isn't whether or not you or anyone else has the right to choose, but whether or not society has the right to establish consequences for individual choices with regard to specific issues, like abortion. This is a much more complex debate then you would lead us to believe.

ROBERT

The pro abortionists have really shown their hands on this one. They are not pro choice, they are pro abortion! How does a "Choose Life" message harm someone that is truly only interested in someone having a choice? The message is simply encouraging women to make a particular CHOICE - life. It is not encouraging anyone to outlaw abodrtion.

If the message were "Outlaw Abortion" then they could have a beef. But they clearly want more than the choice, they want the choice to be abortion. Otherwise they would have no problem with the plate.

Choose life.

Because it's easier than thinking for yourself. Those who advocate life typically put the child up for adoption and fail to take responsibility for the life they advocate for.

@ 1:02

Yes - it is a clever marketing trick. And if the "pro-life" group were to change their name to "Anti-women's Choice" or "Women have no rights when compared to an unborn baby" they would lose a lot of support also.

Pedro

I have yet to hear or read a legitimate argument for allowing abortion when the mother's life is not in jeopardy and there was no rape involved.

Anonymous

I support choice because I don't know all the reasons people make their choices. I do know reading this newspaper that its too easy to to judge others. Most writing here have shown their proclivity for meanness.

What about Rape?

So by this logic, it's OK to Kill a Fetus/baby who's parent was a criminal.
Isn't that applying the death penalty for something your Father or Mother Did?
hum. You don't get it both ways It's still killing an innocent child according to this line of logic.

to @ 1:02 at 1:24

The difference is that Pro-Life people support women's rights, just not the right to kill.

@1:24

1:24 makes it sound like the woman had no rights and no choice in getting pregnant.
She did.
How different is it to deliver a baby, then decide you don't want it so you pay some butcher to kill it?
Same results.

@ 1:36

You are assuming we don't know all the reasons as well...

What's worse, voicing an opinion or killing an unborn child?? Who's showing real 'meanness?'

Meanness?

Hey, listen sometimes doing the right thing is difficult and hard. Not mean. Having standards that exclude petty divestiture of an unwanted life is not "meanness". It is making the right "Choice". Choosing life over ending life is not about a right of a woman, it is protections of those that are wished harm by those who should be most responsible for the protection.

Meanness is when you were five and someone pushed you down. Mean. Somone calling to you a name. That is mean. Protecting a person from death at the hands of her/his Mother is not "meanness".

That is the problem with the Pro-abortion people they think this is a low-level issue. It most certainly is not.

Whats worse?

Killing an unborn child?

Or not taking care of it?

It's not a baby. Enough of your lies. It's a lump of cells. It becomes a baby only when it has developer into a viable entity that can survive outside the womb.
