Less reverse fraud than any other, yet you lead with it? Scare the seniors, huh?
Has anyone heard of this? I got offered a CHIP LOAN by BBT bank. The realtors and lawyers tried to bully me when I said "no way"-they said I had no contingency to say no.
I reported them to TREC and TREC sent me a paper from HUD stating I had been given it.
1. I never had-HUD wasn't involved.
2. That had nothing to do with my complaint.
They told me my contract was standard, but all the standart contracts I've seen have either a contingency clause or the realtor adds one. How can you be expected to accept loan terms you've never seen?
