Just the moon, eh? Well, they got their moon, now they need the sweetness of honey to go with it. Good luck, kids!
that is very interesting, way to go congrats..
fly me to the moon!
Loved this...
Woot!
I guess they were both over the moon for each other
This was a really interesting wedding to shoot as a Photographer. I have never heard any thing like it before..
news because...???
If the wedding was such a special event, you'd think they would have arranged for music other than people humming.
Printing such stories only encourages odd behaviour. Why not write stories about the normal people who get married every day?
First, Miriam and Drew, Vanessa and Jake... congratulations on pulling this off so quickly.
To the one who signed as "And This Is..." every wedding is a special event, this one a little more so because the mother of the bride found out she had to have emergency surgery, so the couple moved up their wedding to accommodate the mom.
This is one VERY SPECIAL couple!!!! They put the health and well-being of the mom before their own plans. Kudos to them!
My question is-Why was there a king & princess on the cake? Why not a king and queen or prince & princess? Odd....
Sorry, make that a pizza not a cake!
Re: And this is...@ 9:31 a.m.
Who are you to define normality?
I agree with Terrie...every wedding is special. Whether it takes place in a Church, a Temple, a meadow, a cruise ship, or a planetarium...and regardless of whether accompanied by organ music, a string quartet, or the guests humming softly.
I have no doubt that the newlyweds and their guests might well remember this particular wedding for the rest of their lives...and beyond.
It never fails to amaze me how some see something different, and out of the ordinary to equate wrong.
Thank you all for your interest in our story! Our wedding was a very special event. Before I met Jacob I was a single mother and out of nowhere met this amazing who treats my daughter like a princess. In the past year we have both faced job loss, my hospitalization, our daughter's hospitalization ( just last week) and moving. I don't care how weird, or stupid it can be perceived as, once thing everyone has to admit is that it is something the people there will never forget and I will always cherish.
very cool!!
I just heard from your mom. Glad everyone's doing well. Congrats again on your marriage and thank you SO much for accommodating Miriam's surgery and overall health when you planned your wedding ceremony. I know she really appreciates you and your new husband.
