Didn't he watch the MSNBC series "To Catch a Predator?" Just this pass Sunday, a guy did the same thing. Showed up with his 5 year old son--and got busted. Another guy,on his way to jail for the same thing, got caught a second time. How dum can these guys get?

Ut. attr.office will deal with this man as a less than felon as someone else set him up. they don't work for us is what they told me.Plea bargain is the way to go because our attrs. don't have guts to try people who commit these horrible crimes. He can report to jail on week ends or at his pleasure. We need to vote these attorneys out of office & then see who they work for..

With only cyber contact between them, I would expect that collecting her emails, postings and whatever that he can get off on the charges related to her being a minor. Online dating sites ask users to certify that they are at least 18. People lie.

I'm not saying she consented to the intimate contact in the vehicle, and he should be held accountable if such took place, but she needs to be held accountable for her part in lying as well.

Utah rarely throws the book at these predators the way it should. This guy will get off with forced counseling and probation. It's disgusting how easy they go on these scum...
