Don't ever underestimate the braves baby!!!!
At the end of the day....you still live in Bountiful....Ghetto
Bountiful must be living right on and off the court. They played Highland when two of Highland's players were suspended, played Woods X when their best player got hurt and now played Olympus right after their starting guard broke his ankle and his backup is done for the season.
Luckiest team in the state.

Great Effort on behalf of the Bountiful High basketball team. You have all Juniors, no Seniors and play the best to their ability and now they know with or without the other teams "best players" they still can win the game.
And you think Olympus is better. You need to get out more.
we will match anyone in utah on property values. get a life.we kicked your butt.
Wha happened. Let's see I believe that Bingham beat Bountiful something like 84 to 48. No more whining Oly. I told you to watch your back. Thank you Bountiful you have made my day.
Bountiful is sucessful because of their coaching. Thay have a very good coach and a disciplined team. Too bad for Olympus that they lost key players. They could have made a run for it.
Does this mean we give Provo the title now?
olympus will still win the state title. this team will not accept a loss like that... all it means is that they are going to come out and play with a lot more heart and start to dominate teams.
olympus lost to Alta, came back and beat the number 1 team in state, Bingham. (head to head we are a better team than Bingham)
Olympus turned the ball over 16 times and only lost by 3 points on the road even without Joey Bourne and Spencer Harris (two senior point guards).
a loss is a loss and we except that, but that doesn't mean that we will forget about it.
bountiful is unaware of what olympus is really capable of doing
when they come out house they will get dropped and we will win state this year with jr gaurd that hasnt played more the 5 min until last night.. we will figure things out. but until then bountiful got a break and only won by 3
Bountiful proved to Olympus that they could compete against a team without two senior point guards, okay good. As soon as PG Sam Williams gets more reps with the starting 5, I would be VERY surprised if Olympus doesn't win the rest of their games. 6th man Manny Riak, from what I've seen, could start on Bountiful's team right now. What a player!
You just keep telling yourselves that. Oly is doomed to fall short. They always seem to have an excuse.
i don't see any excuses. all i see is facts.
all i see is that bountiful is all juniors
Bountiful is like its students after the game, they've got no fight in them. When the Region crown is on the line at Titan Gymnasium, expect the veteran Titans to take over the game with an insane crowd.
That being said, Bountiful did play very well on Friday and should be considered very dangerous to anyone that plays them in State. This team should learn some lessons from a senior-dominated squad so next year they can have more success.
February 23...The Rematch awaits us.
The BHS/Oly rivarly is a good one and I'm pretty sure both schools are happy to be playing each other again.
Unfortunately injuries are a part of this game and sports in general. If there is any silver lining it is good it happened now so that Oly has a chance to adjust to new players before the state tournament.
As for Manny Riak being able to start for Bountiful, I would agree 100% as he was arguably the best player on the floor. Maybe he should start for Olympus.
Property values? I'd call that one a draw. I've lived in both places and they are very similar.
all i see is a bunch of scared bountiful students
there is one senior its McKay Wood
