You just saved me 8 bucks. :o)

I saw it and I happened to like it. I admit that there were some slow parts...not to mention some really gross-out scenes, I still enjoyed it thoroughly. I've been a "Die-hard 'Phile" for quite awhile. And I was just happy that the movie was finally released after a 6 year wait from when the series ended. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more "action" so to speak. It was kind of mellow and it seemed to center more on the struggles to find oneself between Mulder and Scully.

As for the personal relationship between the characters, they hit it right on the head. Something of which "We 'Shippers", (aka: RelationShippers..meaning we want the romance between M&S) will not at ALL be disappointed. :)

The X-Files never has been a show to entertain everyone. It's a show that doesn't always make sense, nor does it follow traditional and conventional story lines. It's a show that has a nearly unbelievable element followed by a feeling of wanting to believe. If you're not interested in really wanting to know what happens and believing in the extraordinary, then by all means give heed to Jeff Vice. If you're the least bit curious, check it out, it's quite the thriller.

In the world of unneeded sequels, this has the rate at the top of the list.
