I would give this film 1/2 a star. I was very
disappointed in it. Will Ferrell was the only highlight
of the film, but even his character was hardly developed.
The original idea of the film was well-conceived.
However, the film turned out to be depressing and did try
to somewhat end on a positive note, but it had sunk so
low, it wasn't possible for it to revive itself. I
supposed that is something to expect from Woody Allen. I
haven't seen many of his films, but understand that his
genre very much follows the formats of adultery,
unfaithfulness, and depression. Certainly not uplifting
nor entertaining at all.
