Anyone ever notice how there is rarely any input on these
pages? Well, I'll tell you why. Mr Vice is a very poor
excuse of a critic and is very widely disagreed with.
Anytime anyone dares to enter anything into these pages
which contradicts or God forbid, says anything negative
about our local critic the thread is quickly squashed - this
is why this will never get posted but then it's only
intended for Desnews to see. Desnews only wants people who
will agree with them and Mr Vice but cares little of free
press or dissenting thought. Free pres to Desnews means
writing what they would like shown with no outside
influences like reality or truth.
There are many opinions in SLC and Mr Vice does not
represent the mainstream or even the fringe of our society,
he represents his own little world and is sheltered and
protected by Desnews from reality. It's widely known that Mr
Vice is a local joke and if you want a real opinion which is
unbiased you go to a place such has Yahoo movies and simply
read the report card rating of the particular movie. On
occasion Desnews has appeared on Yahoo critics but thank God
not often anymore. Desnews was always in the small minority
of critics who's critique made little real sense. Desnews,
why not simply provide a breif description of who is in the
film, what it content is and it's strong and weak points
without bias? Isn't reporting supposed to be unbiased?
I do not care what Jeff Vice likes in a movie and I am not a
professional in the film industry. I just want to be
entertained and would like to get an idea of what the film
is about and who is in it. I am not interested in a long
diatribe such as this filled with personal opinion.
