Hi!

I was wondering if you could help me out. I came about
your website in search of an answer for a trivia contest
question that I need assistance on. If you know the
answer, I would greatly appreciate a response. Thanks very
much.

9. This actor was slated to play the role of Pike Bishop
in 1969's "The Wild Bunch," but dropped out at the last
minute and was replaced by William Holden. Name the
actor. (People have suggested Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster,
James Stewart, Charlton Heston, Gregory Peck, Richard
Boone, Sterling Haden, Robert Mitchum)
