told, gives us the real story, white still entertaining us
with the ever so slightly unstable Herb Stempel. All in
all, I believe it to be a total winner!
a school assignment. Quiz Show served as an excellent
example of how people will sometimes sacrifice their ethics
and morals for money and fame. I highly recommend it to
anyone.

favorites. It presents a moral dilemma that is extremely
engrossing and even disturbing at times. Yet the story is
told in such a way that you are completely entertained and
riveted from the first scene to the last.(Great soundtrack
as well that adds even more ). The old adage "honesty is
the best policy" is seriously put into question here, as
you begin to reason and wonder if it REALLY matters as long
as no one gets hurt. The line between right and wrong gets
so gray that you actually go back and forth between rooting
for the "good" guy and the "bad" guy. Ralph Fiennes
character is so inheritantly likable that you actually feel
sorry for him in the end, despite his intentional
deception. A great movie to watch with your teenage kids--
it provides a thought-provoking forum for discussion about
honesty and integrity and their effects on not only others,
but especially yourself.
