National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation

film we had to buy another copy because we wore the first
out.
Best Comedy Christmas Movie EVER!!!!!!!
has become a holiday classic in my house. Everyone in my
family can repeat it word for word. It is one of those
movies you can watch over and over again and never get sick
of. It has definately become a timeless classic in my book!
There is no other movie that hilarious and well done!
made. Randy Quaid is a genius. I have probably watched this
movie fifty times and there's always something new to
emerge
from the endless layers of comedic mastery. Bravo to all
the
actors, and bravo to my fellow NLCV fans!
every year, and still find ourselves quoting it year-
round. Anyone who has not seen it has not lived.
I love when Clark continually insults Eddie without him realizing it, and I love Eddie's black dickie, and I love the ball of lights, and I love the angry rant near the end. I love this movie.
It is truly the apex of anti-traditional Christmas movies. For every "It's a Wonderful Life" you need to have a "Christmas Vacation".

your review of "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation."
However, you said that it might not hold up to repeat
viewings. I know that at least four friends, most of my
family, and I see the film during Christmas in July
specials and around 5 to 6 times each Christmas. One of my
friends videos wore out and he had to buy a new one. I
thought this movie was hilarious, and every actor,
regardless of the size of their part, did a fantastic job.
In my opinion, this movie has become a holiday classic,
right up there with "It's Wonderful Life," "A Christmas
Carol", etc.
