performances were idiotic, and it got sillier and sillier
as it went along. And Brad Pitt was very boring, and
even lives up to his name. I will wisely not describe it
here, but there is one scene that has the potential to be
religiously offensive. I will only hint that it takes place
in a WW1 battlefield scene, and that it made me very
unhappy I ever bothered.
roommate told me I had to see it. For the first half hour
I was amazed by the natural scenery that is displayed. I
felt that the character development was good, the
relationship with the three sons and their father is heart-
felt. When the plot introduces the fiance and the love
triangle appears, I became even more interested in the
movie because you don't know who she will end up with.
Seeing one of the brothers die in battle was heart-
wrenching and I let my emotions go during this part.
Overall the movie kept me well entertained and guessing as
to the outcomes. Pitt gave a fine performance, one of his
career best as he is very believable and convincing in his
acting approach. His choice of woman later in the movie
was something that I anticipated but other than that the
entire movie is filled with twists and turns. Well-
directed movie and engaging plot. Rent it and enjoy.
THE RANCH AND RIVERS WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE RANCH ITSELF IS
UNBELIEVABLE. IT WOULD BE A PRIVLEGE TO LIVE AND WORK ON A
PLACE LIKE THAT. IT SHOWS WHAT LOVE OF FAMILY AND LOYALTY
SHOULD REALLY BE ABOUT. ENOUGH SAID, DAVE ROBERTS
