Hello
I am french. I saw drunken master 2 a few days ago.
and I found it very funny. I think it's a great film to see
as often as possible because everybody should find jackie
chan as the best and a very good actor. i like bruce lee
too but both men aren't the same. They've got two different
styles. Jackie chan have to see the success that he must
have. A lot of fans think of him like the king and I agree
with them. I know a lot of people whom like him. (ex my
boyfriend). So if I had to decribe this film, I would say
that it's a extraordinary film to see again and again.
I hope this site will have success. SO GO ON to see
jackie chan's films.
Sorry if I made a lot of fault but I tried to make the
best as possible.
Thank you.
please if I can have an "autograph" from jackie, I would be
so happy. Thank you to you again.

This is one hot smokin movie for those of you who love
martial arts and action flicks. Chan put's his all into
every scene and the fluidity of the fight is unsurpassed.
Even Bruce Lee would be hard pressed to top the fight
scenes in this english dubbed 1994 re-release (originally
put up with english subtitles on videotape). Chan also
exhibits his tradmark humor, and does an excellent job of
it throughout. I'm not sure I'd rate this a date movie,
but it's bang up fun and as good as any $100 million dollar
Hollywood movie that's 5% reality and 95% special effects.
Actually, considering it's roots and (likely) low budget,
it's quite a bit better.

first of all I just wanted to say that mr.Chris Hicks is
wrong and that Jackie Chan is not practicing or using
Karate, but Kung Fu and the Drunken Boxing style. Karate is
a martial Art that originated in Okinawa which is part of
Japan, and as you might know kung fu is from china and two
coutries are not totally different cultures.
please educate yourself before trowing something like that
out in the public and misleading everybody.
thanks

""Drunken Master II" is another feather in Chan's martial
arts cap." A quote from our good Chris Hicks, who obviously
doesn't know what he is talking about.
An excellent show of Chan's humor and style that is his
alone. I loved the show and recomend it to all of those
that enjoy a good action and fun filled show.

This an old movie, recently redubbed. Chan may be 40 now,
but did you notice that he looks pretty young in this
flick? it was released in Asia quite a few years back.

The most entertaining movie I've seen for a long time. I
split my sides laughing and still chuckle (and mavel) at
the amazing fight sequences.
