It's about time New Era's Contracting Officer exercises the Government's audit rights and sends in the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to ensure that this Warren Jeffs subsidiary is operating strictly within federal acquisition laws and according to the terms and conditions of its contracts. I'm betting they'll find that things at New Era Manufacturing are every bit as rotten as they are in Short Creek and YFZ.
