How come he did not send out this plan while he has been in the Senate for years and years and years and years? Did he have it on the backburner?
hahahahahahhaha What is that funny smell? Must be an election coming up.
I love hypocrits. I don't have to read the funnies anymore.
What about increasing the number of doctors to increase competion. I think that the current education system to become a doctor is part of the problem. There is intense competion to get into medical school and it costs so much that it discourages people from going to medical school. How about adding additional medical schools so that more people can get in. How about providing more funding opportunities to give more people the opportunity.
Kevin in TX:
The difficult system you described is purposesly designed to be that way.
It is no accident that there is a shortage of MD's, or that is so costly and competitive to become one.
Or that is takes so very long to complete schooling.
The original intent of those who created this present day medical system was to make an MD very elite in status, always in demand, and with a governement monopoly to avoid any competition from "alternative" sources of healing'.
They succeeded didn't they?
