The Vegas performers will be there? Hey, the irony is not lost on me.

Take the vegas money, give 10% to the church, and move on. This is ironic.

What, the LDS should be the only ones to pay to see there talents. I see no sin in that.
I too, am looking forword to seeine them at the Pioneer celebration, after all, the pioneers are the founding fathers of this great state for ALL those that live here.

Donny and Marie had a show from 1998 to 2000 called the Donny and Marie show. At one time, the show featured Pamela Anderson who had recently done a centerfold for Playboy. I believe the magazine containing her nude photos was present as Donny and Marie interviewed Pamela.

Now Donny and Marie are doing a show in Las Vegas at the Flamingo - I don't believe the Flamingo always has had or has the highest moral standards in its entertainment. The fact the Donny and Marie are now affiliated with this casino disturbs me.

Now they've been asked to perform with the Mormon Tabernacle choir. What message is the church sending out here?

The Osmond Family was instumental to my conversion to the Church 30 years ago. Their shows in Vegas were uplifting, and quality family entertainment. There is no shame in performing in Vegas.

Growing up I always looked up to and respected the Osmond Family for their wholesome, family friendly entertainment. I am proud to say I have lived a much better life because of their examples of how to set good standards, and strong moral values. These are hard working, dedicated people who are earning a living sharing the joy of life with others. Congratulations to the Osmond Family for inpiring so many to greatness!

I believe that the Osmond Family is an inspiration to a lot of people too through the examples that they set. I have been an Osmond Fan about 32 year's and I have always Loved and Respected them and probably always will. Donny and Marie are my Favorite's,but I Love them all. I wish that I could have just (1) chance to meet them in person it would be the thrill of an entire lifetime for me. Call me Crazy if you will,but that would be a dream come true for me. I wish there was some way that I could see them with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir,but I know that there is no chace that is going to happen. I couldn't afford to go and that is why I haven't ever been to one of their Concert's. I guess I never will. Well, good luck to all of you who do get to go and I hope that you have a good time. By the way I am a member of the Church and just got my Temple Recommend and will soon be getting my Endowment's. I am excited about that. Donna G. Paris....
