How many people does a driver, drunk or otherwise, need to kill before he or she is locked up? If he had been locked up after the first death, maybe Connie Blount would still be alive. I know that states the obvious, but apparently it's not so obvious to our courts.
I remember this idiot from 1993 when I was a student at UK, he killed his friend out on Russell Cave Rd., I think he crashed into a brick wall and killed his friend after they had been out drinking. What is wring with this loser? Did he not learn anything when his friends parents wrote a letter to the jusdge asking from leniency?????
