You need to read up a little more yourself, in Wyoming there is a trophy zone in
which the wolves will be hunted as trophy animals in all the rest of the state
they can be shot (and have been) for whatever reason. this is not management
Didn't the Des news publish a story last month saying that there were five
wolves verified near Dutch John? Was this false information or ddi Mr. Grass not
see the story?

Not so. Only problem wolves can be
shot."
Wolf 253 was shot in Wyoming's "predator zone" which includes
88% of the state, where wolves can be shot by anyone at anytime for any reason.
This wolf had traveled to Utah and spent much of its life in heavy cattle
country, but was never implicated in ANY depredation. This wolf was not shot
because it was getting into trouble, or had; it was shot just because it was a
wolf. In Idaho anyone may shoot a wolf simply because they determined that the
wolf was "laying in wait"! So if I shoot a wolf all I have to say is, "In my
opinion it was laying in wait to kill my dog while I was out hiking!" How are
"management" plans like this going to preserve these animals that taxpayers
spent 27 million dollars to re-introduce?

SAVE THE WOLVES, BOYCOTT BEEF!
I hope and pray that the removal of the wolves from The Endangered Species List is overturned.
