Comments about ‘Mitt lets hair down — figuratively’

Mitt's "top ten", including the spoof on overestimating the importance of Utah to his campaign as the No. 1 "reason", was hilarious. It was a very creative speech and showed the human side of Mitt in a very favorable light. It also takes a lot of self confidence to cause people to laugh at you rather than batter other candidates.

Yikes, Mitt has transformed himself into a loose, happy go lucky guy. With Romney, you never know what you are going to get!

If you watch the youtube of the event, Romney was very funny. He got laughs for 9 of the 10.

Now I can get some things done since Mitt will take up the slack in making fun of Utah and himself. I don't have time to make fun of all the things that need to be made fun of.

Mitt hasn't "transformed" anything. He has always been a "well rounded" individual who is serious about serious issues but also knows how to have a good time when it is appropriate. A "well read" individual would already know that!

I am more convinced that Mitt will make an excellant VP for McCain.Look it,Mitt knows how to raise money,he would be a great advisor on the Economy. Also, he can carry to "Blue States" in the general election, Massachucetts,and Michigan, his original home state. He is probably the MOST qualified of all the candidates. I really think he has an incredible shot at the VP.

Mitt Romney IS the class act in politics! There is a reason they have not come up with dirt on him, there is none! He has always been a man of integrity, honesty, high morals, AND HE GETS THINGS DONE RIGHT! Our country lost the Republican Primary race, not Mitt Romney! Lets just hope there are enough pieces left to pick up in 2012! I'm afraid we will be begging him to run then. Mitt in 2012!

The Spectrum is always behind in the news. I read this yesterday in a Salt Lake News Paper. Worthless newspaper.

The self-deprecating humor worked. The shot he took at Gore was tasteless and graceless.

Does anyone think Romney *could* win a Noble prize? I don't think they have a category for selling off businesses and putting people out of work.

Oh, by the way, I will bet anything Mitt Romney has created more jobs in the US then lazy, fat, hairy Al Gore. I know you will not put any money down on that. Have you ever heard of Staples, Sports Authority and few more dozen companies Mitt help start. Name me one company that employees that many people Al, Hillary, Obama or Bill started. How about all four of them put together. Yea, I didn't think so. TRUTH HURTS HUH!

Sure. In Economics! For saving businesses and as many of the jobs as could be saved. Liberals don't get that someone in the world has to actually DO something, we can't all run around pontificating about the enviroment.

If you're talking about *Nobel* Prizes - there, you have a point. But then, it apparently isn't very hard to get one these days if you say the right things to the right people in the right way.

Romneys joke regarding gore is accurate. Gore did get fat did grow a beard and won the not so Nobel prize for the so called man made global warming hoax that is making him millions of dollars and that anyone with the common sense to at least look at the other side could see that hundreds of well qualified and highly educated and world renowned scientists, climatoligists, and meteorologists disagree with global warming. You dont hear about them in the main stream media because liberals and democrats are fully invested now in the scare tactics of so called global warming.
