Sierra Club is a group of rich folks who don't have anything else to do except cause problems for the working class. There time is coming, what go's around comes around. My people came to AMERICA to get away from them. The rich class that thinks they know best.
Dave you are giving The Club members to much credit. They will fouce us back to the dark ages by stoping all progress to preparing the future energy needs of our society and economy. They are naive and stupid to think that this society will go on as it is without new sources of energy and yet they never have a plan to do just that. Send them to live in Iraq for a year and then they see the light.
This Issue is not about the Sierra Club! It's about our State and the EPA not caring about air quality and enviromental pollution.
As a citizen of this state I'm outraged at the "we'll worry about it in the future," and "plant emissions don't matter, we need progress" attitude coming from our state organizations, Elected officials, and the EPA.
I wonder about all industrial Plants, Power plants, Mining operations, and refining processes with in the state. How many of those plants have gotten, and are getting, this treatment?
We can not accept letting the EPA decide that no emissions regulation is good regulation, and hoping for the Future day of EPA imposed emission standards.
