like this really makes me sad for people who are honest and wonderful people who cannot have children of their own because of medical problems etc which are not their faults. These people in this story don't deserve to have a child at all. Life is so unfair at times...
Called in February? Where are the Texas authorities. This child was still in the home for 2 months.

Nowhere in the article does it say that the child was in the home all this time. For all we know, DCFS removed the child immediately upon receiving the test results. The DA's timeline in filing charges has nothing to do with the DCFS timeline in protecting the child.
