Speculation during the real estate bubble drove prices out of the range of service sector workers some time ago. Making more land available will not change that- it will just mean more luxury extravaganzas and investment homes until the reality of the national real estate market hits home and 10,000 luxury home multi golf course developments no longer seem like such a good idea.
