The southeast impoundments could certainly rupture in an earthquake but having worked on the tailings ponds as a sub-contractor for several years, I started hearing rumors of a much larger environmental issue regarding the tailings ponds.

It seems that the tailings ponds have been contaminating the salt harvest beds of Morton Salt from beneath the surface who has been selling contaminated salt for many years. After someone finally figured it out, who bought out Morton Salt?

And now, who is the PRP? Partially responsible party? I think totally responsible party.

A similar tragedy is unfolding at Magcorp. which has contaminated the area north of the stack for so many years it is nonsensical. No one wants to listen but people are dying, perhaps from a direct consequence of breathing those stack emmissions. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to study the plume effects. We already know the devastating contents of the plume.

The increase in cancer related deaths in Davis and Weber counties north of the plant should be tallied against the norm.

There are companies in-close & personal who have committed grievous errors against our environment.

Tally ho, mo fo!
