I know of alot of boys on cretatin, what exactly is this? Is it illegal? How do you compete against athletes that are on "stuff"?
no creatine is not illegal, and what it is designed to do is to increase the stamina and recovery time of when you lift
Isnt it possible to make a nice body without using any kind of steroid???
