Plural Marriage is considered by these Fundamentalist LDS people as their "Constitutional Right", but when women and children are abused, and members are not allowed to have outside access to the public or read Newspapers, well, than thats an alltogether different story; these groups need to be controlled. I wish other States would follow what the Texas Department Safety is doing; and oh yes, for those of us that watched Walker, Texas Ranger, on TV, I think Ranger Walker would conduct these raids, if ordered to by his Superiors.

It is against Texas law for these men to marry any girl under the age of 16. Marital consent is thrown out the window. What this amounts to is abuse and rape.

Why is a story which is 50% quotes from one woman considered news? Why were no experts -such as a social worker or even a police officer - quoted? Only the women who happened to be hanging around the local cafe were quoted. You call this news?
