Did officials unduly press consultants for iProvo?

Stand firm and bravely, Sir! Though alone you cry out at this injustice, you stand well.
IProvo is a failure; it was destined to be from conception. This highly competitive and specialized area of technological and financial expertise is not one in which public moneys should ever be GAMBLED.
The only understandable reason for Provo originally entering into this highly risky scheme was to expand Socialistic control over taxpayers. By falsely believing, and then foolishly promising, that it could provide something for nothing (or, greater value for substantially less) Provo rushed toward Nirvana and again found that such locale, like every other promised UTOPIA, is still fictional.
If that highly risky foolishness was honestly not apparent to every other Councilmember before they approved it, surely today they must be painfully aware of the wrongheadedness of their direction. To continue this loosing venture, by further posturing to protect their egos, further belies their sworn duty to the citizens of Provo.
IProvo has clearly demonstrated; it's a FAILURE.
It's time to abandon this sinking ship before more lives are lost.
Wake up Provo City Councilmembers!
Your Emperor has no clothes!
