UV system to fight county pool germs

One part of the solution is to reinstate the Baby Pool, a separate pool with its own water and cleaning system. This separate pool is easier to monitor, inspect, clean and drain when necessary. Requiring all children under five to use the separate pool would contain most of the problems in a smaller area.
