Same story line just a differnt mine for old eugene murray. murray's mine in southwestern Pa. Maple Creek was citated more than 3,000 times by MSHA between 1999 and 2002 for similar violations. Old bob contested every citation no matter how big or small. The same thing will happen in Utah. murray laughs at MSHA. Ex-coal CEO'S have run MSHA for a long time and murray knows them all. The practice of contesting citations must be abolished, if not murray's nefarious habits will continue.
