I too am in tears for this sweet little girl! May God be with her family. I have a 5 year old daughter and i will hold her extra tight tonight as i put her to bed. I live in a very safe neighborhood in Chesapeake Va,still I NEVER let my daughter outside alone or out of my sight for that matter, its a shame that children can not play outside like they use too. May God be with this family during this difficult times.

What a sad commentary on our world when something like this happens. This premanent loss of a child is unthinkable. My heart truly goes out to this family because we cannot even imagine the greif they will have to endure. Also, I hope once, just once the law and the Justice System can dole out the justice they deserve.

I think your Amber Alert policies should be reviewed and revised. As soon as possible.

Not sure why this article was recycled, but I remember the day well.

There we're FBI cars all over the neighborhood, and as we drove by on our way to work we heard it on the squawk box so we stopped and asked for a picture, soon becoming distracted from our duties to make copies and spread them around as we went about the day.

It was devestating to learn what had happened, and knowing the family had an infant in the house we gathered up as much as we could, added a basket of fruit, and headed over to the apt.

The officer told us to knock on the door and we were welcomed in by one of the most gracious people I have ever met, Hser Nay Moo's father, Cartoon.

He showed us pictures of her at a dance, one of her loves of life, with all smiles, and as much explanation as he was able, given the circumstances.

Wonderful, amazingly gracious folks is the only way to describe them. I feel for their loss tremendously.

Cartoon Wah, Hser Nay Moo's father, could not hide his worry during a news conference earlier Tuesday.
