Utah residents need to learn to use less water. As the population continues to grow, water will become more and more scarce. City parks and schools always seem to be some of the worst abusers on watering lawns in the middle of a hot summer day.

We never know when drought conditions may return. It would be good to conserve against the lean times ahead.

I just hope that all the conservation doesn't entice the water companies to raise their rates to offset the money lost by people not using as much water.
