As a Provo residents, I want to know where were the plows and the salt trucks? I did not see a single one, and much of the disaster that was on the roads could have been avoided.
It took me over an hour to get from Provo to Orem, and I had to make 3 detours to get around accidents.
The lack of UDOT to clear the roads was a serious oversight, and should be looked at!!!
Gotta love this global warming!
If there are over 130 accidents, this is not the fault of the drivers. This is the fault of UDOT not plowing/salting the roads. I guess they thought summer was here and stopped working.
That was one of the worst commutes I have ever been involved in. It took me two hours to get from Orem to where I work next to the E-Center. It's a good thing this is only a job and not a career so i can end that miserable commute to Salt Lake everyday.
