I prefer to be optimistic with the use of "half-full" to describe the so-called half-empty Lake Powell.
I just got back from Lake Powell an hour ago. It is the most beautiful place on earth and 50 ft of water will just make it the much better. It is about time we got more water. I have been going there ever year since 1965.
