Well at least the dirty utes read about the aggies.

I hope this is the year that the aggies can show so developemnt on both the offence and defence, thisw could be the year we break through, with the MWC weak sister of the poor UNLV on the schedule we can at least start off in a good way.

I get it. Ute and Cougar fans are the majority. But there are some Aggie fans out there. If it really offends you so, just skip over any articles on our struggling team, and let us read it instead. Oh, and by the way, BYU is still kicking both our butts. Try not to brag about what you don't have.

I graduated from both USU and the u. I will never root for the back-stabbing utes. Who cares? Well I don't know, maybe the fact that the WAC has been stronger in Football during the last three years might have something to do with people caring. And yea, the Aggies have struggled, but we're on our way up. Meanwhile people are still trying to figure out the mnt. worst conference, most people don't know a thing about it.

byu and the u might have a majority of the fans in Utah, but they don't have all of them. The Aggies have pride and class, any fool can root for the u and any moron can root for the "why", but Aggies stick together, we have loyalty, not the fairweather fans of the southern stench!

Poor Utes, how embarrasing.

Brent Guy has to win 5 games this year at least to validate his coaching and recruiting. We have given him enough time, this is his recruiting class and hopefully he has gotten rid of all the junk leftovers from the previous coach. If he doesnt win games, he should be gone, this year is when it counts. We were competitive in most games last year, this year, we need to win. Otherwise we have to get a new coach.

I agree with Gotta win 5. This is the year that Guy needs to produce. Actually, we coulda, shoulda, woulda won 5 last year if we had executed in the 4th quarter. Last year should have been our turn around year. So, I'm hoping for more than 5 this year. But, I agree Guy needs to win at least 5 to vallidate his coaching and recruiting philosophy.

Hard way to start the season. They are usually good with openers, and were 2-1 vs. Utah teams last year, including that beautiful SHUTOUT of Utah! It won't be any easy way to start the season.

For those praying for 5 wins; do you realize that would be a losing season? Thank you Coach Guy for having the fans look forward to another losing season. Please coach,sell your house and move out of Utah.

I think the poster said 5 wins at least. Obviously us aggie fans would like to go undefeated but 5 wins would be more than double from last year. Also, it would be 5 wins for Guy to keep his job, and then we can talk about a winning season after. The way I see it, he is not about the quick fix, he does it the right way. We got 2 wins in the bag anyway -- one against the Y, the other against the U :)

Im usually not the type of person who cares about blogs, but this one kind of irritates me. The way I see it, BYU is dominating the state right now. Talk is cheap Aggs and Yewts

You BYU and Ute fans are pathetic. At least BYU is winning, it really does suprise me how consistently loud mouthed and obnoxious the Ute fans are even though they have been dominated by BYU in every mens sport for the last two years. And then you start talking trash about USU football??? thats like picking on the skinny with asthma and a sun alergy at recess. Save it for your church ball games and the 12 year old kid you are playing video games with.

Now that the Aggies are in the WAC I have hope that someday they can be a contender again. I'm not sure if Guy is the guy for the job though, I think the Aggies are a solid 4 years and one bright young coach (or jilted old major program coach with something to prove) away from being a contender in the WAC. Climbing out of the cellar shouldn't be that hard, the lower half of the WAC is horrible, but the top 2-3 teams in the wac are good every year.
