this is major, good luck to you guys
and hope slc will take some notice
YEAH! Go Bruins! Bring that trophy home to us. Put us on the map!
Go SLCC, I went to SLCC for a couple years, I've moved on but this is my last hope for my college teams to go anywhere this year. This tournament probably has more meaning than the CBI that the Utes are playing in, and yet again the cougs were one and done in the big dance. When it boils down to it I just like teams from the great state of Utah to win.
Seriously -- This really is a big deal! I hope they take it tonight! This is a tough title to win and it is as if nobody even cares! They are a great bunch of guys and can do it by their tough "D"!
Which four year colleges stashed all this talent at SLCC. Kind of reminds you of Dixie State in the late 90's. Hope you have the same success as they did and bring home the gold. Nobody else in Utah has.
Re:jpc53
SLCC doesn't have a lot of talent compared to the team they beat to get to Hutch, Southern Idaho. They don't have a lot of talent compared to most of the teams in Hutch. They have a few lower D1 players, maybe 1 mid D1 player. SLCC wins with team work and tough D. Things that most JC teams know nothing about.
Congrats to Norma Carr and Norm Parrish. 2 overlooked coaches and administraters.
