As an amateur race car driver I am always looking for safety enhancements. When I found CarbonX I was shocked when I did personal testing on the fabric. Yes, I tried to light it on fire with a constant direct flame. Tried is the operative word. CarbonX is amazing. It was a lot of fun to show my wife and other drivers the difference between CarbonX and a 100% Cotton T Shirt. All of my fabric equipment is being changed out to Carbon X as well as my teammates. I am thrilled that Oakley is making a suit now! With all of the factors that can happen in a racing environment, CarbonX diminishes a big concern. Sounds like an advertisement? No, I am just a very satisfied customer that is hoping to never put the product to use in a real environment and proud it is made in Utah.
