Horay for the little guy. Maybe the carpet bagger will go away and defend his actions in Arizona.
I can picture this guy wasting away in a lock-down facility for patients with dementia, ranting about how the bad people of the town of Daniel and Wasatch County should be sued. All he will hear in reply is a gentle voice saying, "It's time to change your diaper, Dean."
I can't wait until sellers wins this one and incorporates and finds some fun ways to wreak havoc up there. Some of those people are playing dirty pool up there. Wait a little longer....he'll win this one.
Instead of wrecking havoc up here why doesn't he work with the people of Daniel and Wasatch County to develop his property in a way that fits into the community? Wouldn't that make more sense? And how he thinks he is going to have skiing on those hill is beyond me. I thought you needed mountains and snow for skiing. He has hills that only get about four feet of snow accumulation all winter. It seems to me that he has not been realistic or truthful about what his intentions really are. I challenge Mr. Sellers to come to the table and be a good neighbor.
So lets count. Regular working people of Utah 2. Arrogant bullying developer from AZ 0. With a record of 0/2 you'd think he would change the game plan. I'll bet not.
