You would be better off trying to estimate the date of the second coming. With the residential, financial, and construction markets in flux and materials costs going through the roof, they is no way these projects will be completed on time. Luckily, the project is backed by very deep pockets, so it will get done, but I can almost guarantee you it won't be by mid-2012.

A Harmons grocery store? Pffffft!! Why don't they get a real grocery store like Safeway in downtown Salt Lake with a special section that sells beer, wine and distilled spirits?
